SMS Terms of Service

Heads up: These policies cover the consumer Upswell Play app (cash-back rewards for diners). Restaurant partner agreements and B2B services are governed by separate contracts — please contact choi@upswell.ai.

Core agreement. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Upswell regarding restaurant offers, updates, and account information.

Key provisions

Message types: promotional offers, cash-back opportunities, restaurant updates, and service announcements.
Frequency: up to 10 messages monthly, depending on account activity.
Costs: message rates depend on your carrier's plan.
Opt-out: text "STOP" to any message or email cs@upswell.ai.
Voluntary consent: promotional texts are optional and not required for purchases.

Important details

Service available on major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular).
Carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Upswell reserves the right to terminate the service at any time.

Upswell Feedback & Offers — SMS Terms

Operator. Bobidi, Inc., doing business as Upswell, runs this messaging program on behalf of participating restaurants.

Program name. Upswell Feedback & Offers.

What you’ll get. A one-time voucher delivery text after submitting feedback. If you opt in to “Keep me posted” at a participating restaurant, roughly 2–4 promotional or informational texts per month from that restaurant.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Bobidi doesn’t charge for messages; your carrier might.

Carriers. Compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any Upswell-sent message to cancel. You’ll get one confirmation text and no further marketing messages from that restaurant. Texting STOP doesn’t void any voucher already delivered.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email cs@upswell.ai.

Privacy. Phone numbers and message logs are handled per our Privacy Policy. Bobidi doesn’t sell or share your number with third-party advertisers.

Eligibility. You must be 13+ and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page.
